Who we are
rev-ops.cloud is a strategic sales and revenue operations practice based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This notice explains what happens to the information you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, company (optional), the area you're interested in, your message, and your agreement to be contacted.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up about working together. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details for marketing.
Where it's stored
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you send an enquiry, the form is delivered by Web3Forms, which emails it to our business inbox and keeps a copy for up to 30 days. Both services may process data outside Sri Lanka, including in the United States. Web fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case your details become part of our client records.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your information
- stop contacting you
To make a request, send a message through the enquiry form starting with “Privacy request”. We'll respond within 24 hours to confirm, and act on it promptly.
We handle personal data in line with Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, and, for visitors in the UK and EU, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
